What is the Secretlab return policy?
We offer a 49-day return policy for all our chairs and desks. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Do Secretlab chairs come with a warranty?
Yes, all Secretlab chairs come with a 3-year limited warranty as standard, which can be extended to 5 years through our Warranty Extension Program.
